What should I do after clicking on the "Click Here to Begin" button?
The Web Support uses an executable which downloads to your computer and runs the support process.
This file must be run from its location.
After you click on the "Click Here to Begin" button, choose "Open" from the File Download dialog message.

The Web Support uses an executable which downloads to your computer and runs the support process.
This file must be run from its location and you must therefore close any download manager you might have installed on your computer, for example GetRight or Download Accelerator Plus.

Missing runtime files
The Web Support requires an operating system with Microsoft Visual Basic Runtime Files installed.
Most of the new operating systems have these files already installed, but users running Windows NT might be missing some runtime files. If your system does not have the required runtime files, please install them using this installer.
When prompted choose "Open" to start downloading and installing the runtime files.
